Dear Trail Users,
We are pleased to inform you that the critical repair work on the B.L.T. Rails to Trails has begun. As a reminder, the trail will remain closed from Hubley Road to Tapawingo Lane on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The trail remains open outside these hours, including weekends.
While the work may look extensive, please rest assured that we are employing a minimalist approach to minimize environmental impact. Our crew has conducted a thorough bird nest survey to ensure the safety of local wildlife during this project.
We extend our gratitude to the Nova Scotia Conservation Officers for their invaluable assistance in maintaining the safety of our trail during these repairs.
